From the North:

Route 95 south to exit 45 (route 128) Take exit 28 (Centennial Drive/Summit Street) Keep bearing right this will put you on Centennial Drive. Follow almost to the end, CAB is right after 2 Centennial Drive (second Driveway) In the Helco Electric Building.

From the South:

Route 95 or route 1 north Take route 128 north and follow above directions.

From Boston:

Route 128 north to Exit 25A (Salem, Marblehead-Route 114 East). Turn right on 114 East. You are approx. four miles from CAB. Follow the signs for 114 East (the road winds). At a major intersection, Route 114 turns right, but you will proceed straight. At the next signal (about 200 yards), continue straight (Salem Fire Station on your left). Turn right onto Congress Street (1/4 mile after last signal). CAB is located in the Shetland Office Industrial Park, on your left just over the bridge (behind the Pickering Wharf area; closest building to the water). The attendant in the guard booth will direct you to visitor parking. CAB is toward the rear of the building on the first floor. The doors are marked #105.

From Logan Airport:

From airport, follow signs to 1A North. Follow 1A North through the city of Lynn into Salem. Salem State College will be on your right as you approach an intersection. At this light, take a left onto 114 West. Continue until you come to an intersection (Salem Fire Station on your left). Turn right onto New Derby Street. After about 500 yards, you will turn right onto Congress Street. Cross a small bridge and you will se the Shetland Office Industrial Park on your left. Follow directions above.

From the MBTA Train:

Follow Washington Street to Derby Street (on your left). Continue straight until you see the Fire Station at next traffic light. Turn right onto Lafayette Street. Take your first left off Lafayette onto Peabody Street. Go straight until you see Shetland Properties in front of you. Follow directions above.

From the north:

Take 95 south to exit 50 (Middleton/Danvers routes 1 & 62). From Route 1, take the exit for Route 62 West (Middleton). Turn left at the first traffic light (cross Route 62 East). Follow road as it curves to the right. On your right you will see our sign and new building.

From Boston and areas south:

Take Route 1 North to Route 62 West (Middleton). Stop at the first traffic light. Follow directions above.

From points west:

Take Route 128 North. In Peabody, take Route 95 North (Maine, New Hampshire) exit. From 95 North, take Route 62 West (Middleton). From Route 62 west, get into the left lane and wait for the green left-signal. Take a left, crossing 62 East. Keep right, following the signs for "Hawthorne Hill" development. At the STOP sign, take the right fork. Our sign is on the right-hand side on the way down. From the driveway, the detox is located directly in front of you. After you park, the main door and reception are directly in front of the driveway.

From Boston:

Take the tunnel to Route 1A to Bell Circle. At Wonderland Dog Track, keep to the right. Continue on 1A, but bear to the left toward downtown Lynn/Salem 1A. At North Shore Community Ciollege, take a right, continuing on 1A/Broad Street. Go through five sets of lights. At Jim’s Variety Store (red building), take a left onto Green Street. We are the yellow house on the right.

From the north:

Take 95 south to Route 129 East to Lynn. Follow through Wyoma Square, bear left at large intersection by the pond (do not turn left where Route 129 turns). Continue straight on Chestnut Street until you go over the railroad bridge. Take your first right after the bridge. At the first stop sign, take a left onto Green Street.

From Lowell:

Take 495 North to 93 South to 128 North to 129 East (Exit 44B). Follow 129 East all the way to Wyoma Square. Follow directions above.

From Route 128 (95)/Route 93:

Take Route 93 North to Exit 42 (Dascomb Road). At the end of the ramp, turn left and follow the road for approx. three miles (little league ball fields on your right). Turn left into the hospital entrance (Chapel Road). Stay to your left. Go to Stop sign. House marked "Building IV" is H.A.R.T. House.

Transitions: From Chapel Road, stay left. Go through two stop signs, turn into parking lot on right. Transitions is the building on the left (sign, "Nichols Building.").

From Route 495:

Take Exit 38, Route 38.

Turn left at end of the ramp and follow the road to the first set of operational lights in Tewksbury Center, just past the Bay Banks on left and the Tewksbury Town Hall on your right. Stay in left hand lane and take the left onto East Street (there’s a green "Tewksbury Hospital" sign). Follow East Street for approx. ¾ of a miles.

After the blinking yellow light, take the second right immediately across from the Little League ballfields. Follow directions above.

From Lowell:

Take Route 38 (Rogers/Nesmith Street). Follow directions above.

From Route 93 or 128:

From 93, get on Route 128. From 128, take the Washington Street exit. Bear right. At top of the hill, turn right onto Washington Street. Continue through two sets of lights. After a Dunkin’ Donuts, West Cummings Park is the third driveway on your right. The 800 building is across the street from Staples. The entrance to CAB/Bay Colony is in between the dry cleaners and the main entrance. Look for the sign with white letters.

From Route 62 west, get into the left lane and wait for the green left-signal. Take a left, crossing 62 East. Keep right, following the signs for "Hawthorne Hill" development. At the STOP sign, take the right fork. Our sign is on the right-hand side. From the driveway, the house-like building located at 2 p.m. (to your right and front) is the Adolescent Residential Program. The front door is at the top of a set of wooden steps. A receptionist will assist you when you enter.
