Kevin P. Norton
President and CEO

As President and CEO, Kevin Norton has helped steer CAB Health & Recovery Services, Inc. from a grassroots endeavor to a diverse and proactive organization with eight locations and multiple programs across northeastern Massachusetts and greater Boston.

Kevin works closely with the board, staff and community constituencies to steer the agency toward its current reputation as an innovative, state-of-the-art health care organization. In particular, he has successfully set and met financial performance goals, while maintaining standards of care.

Kevin holds a Master of Science degree in counseling psychology from Salem State College and Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University.

As CAB and Health & Education Services are now merging into a single, non-profit behavioral health agency, Kevin is the CEO and president of the newly merged organization.
