Methadone Maintenance Treatment (MMT) is an effective medical treatment that includes counseling, group support and daily individualized treatment for opiate addiction. People on the right dose of methadone avoid the highs and withdrawal of short-acting opiates, including heroin. Methadone has helped millions of addicts to lead a more stable and productive life.
At CAB, we offer three treatment options:
(1) Short term, 30-day outpatient methadone detox
(2) Long term, 180-day outpatient methadone detox
(3) Maintenance -- an ongoing stabilized outpatient methadone treatment program. Based on your preference, how long using, and other criteria, we will work with you to determine which service is best for you. Each treatment includes a diagnostic evaluation, counseling, medical consultation, comprehensive case management and referral services.
